Depression
That feeling that you're about to burst into tears for no obvious reason? Not good.

The thing to remember with depression is that it is an illness that can strike without warning and often with no obvious cause. It's not something that you have done or that you can 'snap out of'. You've just got to ride it out, knowing that you *will* feel better eventually. If it persists for any length of time or happens frequently then go and see your doctor for advice.
I suffer from SAD at this time of year due to lack of light, and I find that a Lumie light helps on dark evenings/gloomy days. Going out for a walk whenever there is a sunny day can help too. Maybe that might help you?
