Not really, at least not in the Marvel/DC sense - apart from having a massive book of Batman stuff that I've had since I was a wee nipper (but that owed more to the repeats of the '60s TV series that were shown on ITV when I was about 5 than to any interest in the comic books per se), and the recent interest I've taken thanks to Avengers Assemble. Even there, though, my interest is in the less superhero side of things - Natasha's back story, Tony Stark's snark, and Bruce Banner (as in, specifically Bruce rather than the Hulk).

Having said that, there's one series of graphic novels that I've loved since...well, again since I was about 5, and that love isn't going anywhere in a hurry: Tintin. No, I know he's not a superhero in any real sense, but he's a bit of a hero to me.

At some point I hope to check out Gaiman's Sandman, mind you.

Thing is..?

For all that I adore Crime Traveller, I find the last episode really deadly dull.

Oh well. Time to watch the Bourne films.

...that thing where you're listening to The Now Show and you think, "no way, they're making it up," and then you look it up online and you find that actually, this is a real thing???

I wouldn't mind but Wimpy is a British chain, so they don't even have the excuse of using a name which seemed really cool somewhere overseas but doesn't translate too well over here. They're just a bit daft.
