Why does Lush insist on making products that smell good enough to eat?

One of their massage bars, "Soft Coeur", has a belgian chocolate centre that is, in fact, edible. Doesn't taste amazing, but it is completely edible =P
My former housemate once ate some of the popcorn packaging from a Lush gift as a dare. Regreted it afterwards, mind...

Just think of it like this. If you tried washing yourself with chocolate, you'd probably regret that too.

They had a Christmas bubble bar for a few years that was marzipan-scented and had an almond for decoration. I have to admit that once or twice I ate the almond.

I'm still here, so it can't have been that bad.

That's so much easier than eating the sugar flower from the Creamy Candy bar or the sugar lump from the Ma Bar...!

If I'm using something in the bath that smells like something edible I have in the house, I'll often snack on that edible item while in the bath - such as something containing honey while using Honey Bee, or fruit/juice while using one of the fruity scents. It works. :) I wonder how many people try the popcorn?

Back when you had to keep some products in the fridge I came home from work one afternoon to find my ex husband spreading my face mask over a slice of bread. He'd mistaken it for chocolate spread...
