Timing is everything...
Assuming it's an annual thing, next year I'd like to find out that it's International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia some time in advance of it happening, instead of, say, a few hours before it finishes.
Mmph.

What, out of interest, would you have done to celebrate? I don't want to sound jaded, but I do tend to question the rationale behind "international days" for this or that; I'm not sure they do any good. Those who are against homophobia/transphobia are presumably doing something about it already, even if it's just something as simple as having friends who are gay or trans, and those who aren't are unlikely to want to join in.
I say this in the hope of making you feel better about nearly missing it. :-)
