Cheaper than taking it to an Apple Authorised Service Provider. More expensive than trying to fix it ourselves (translation: asking Sarah to do it), but possibly less risky than doing so. Their eBay feedback looks okay, so they're definitely not a fly-by-night organisation or something. Website looks a bit amateurish, though...
