I've not even had a chance to start it yet - probably won't until March, as I've a couple of other books I want to read - including Rivers of London before I go to Redemption, where Mr Aaronovitch will be in attendance so I'd like to have something intelligent to say about what I thought of his book!
Much as I love David Tennant, I think he's probably a bit old for Matthew Swift (isn't he meant to be mid-20s or something?). Similarly, I like Paul Bettany as an actor, but again, seems too old for Swift.
Don't really know who Matthew Goode is. But yeah, scruffy and bedraggled is definitely the way to go for Matthew Swift.
Thing is, that pic of him that was on the cover of Madness of Angels that you've got in your icon? Reminds me of David Boreanaz. And I definitely can't see him playing Matthew! But then he looks different on Midnight Mayor, and I think different again on Neon Court. No consistency, these cover designers...
