Okay...have decided that the best option for Sarah's works Christmas do is to go as the Eighth Doctor. My usual formal wear for weddings will just about pass muster for that, and with a sonic screwdriver and TARDIS key I'll pretty much look the part.

Just one thing - anyone know where I can get a decent cravat? "Decent" as in "not terribly expensive..."

I think I can post you a tawny-ish-red cravat for free. The colour's not quite accurate but the look would be fine.

We're not bad - M is gearing up for his play next week, and we both are gearing up for a weekend to be spent at SMOFcon in Amsterdam. Houses are extremely annoying things, but you know that already.

Speaking of your house, could you email me your address so I can post you the cravat...?
