royalmarriage...the new Doctor Who companion has been announced - Jenna-Louise Coleman, of whom I've never heard. Difficult to get excited about that, but I wish her well.
On the negative news, as has been rumoured for a while - there'll be six episodes plus Christmas special this year, and another seven next year. Pfft. I hope that this is just the broadcast of a non-split season of 13 episodes, and that there'll be a few more next year (which is, after all, the 50th anniversary year). If not, I shall be very sulky. Don't make me sulky, BBC. You wouldn't like me when I'm sulky.
