It's just occurred to me that our wedding is in precisely three months time.

How the heck did that happen?

So, David Tennant, Russell T Davies, Toby Whitworth, and the main cast of Being Human are all going to be at Comic Con. In San Diego. In a month's time.

Meanwhile, I'm stuck in England and no way could I either a.) afford to go there (although memberships are sold out, which is kind of vaguely comforting) or b.) get the time off work. How is this fair, exactly?

Actually, maybe I ought to make the effort to go to Comic Con one year - they normally get some pretty good guests. And I suppose one interesting thing about this is - David Tennant doing a convention. How long before he does one in the UK?

But in the meantime...don't make me sulk. You wouldn't like me when I sulk.

I'm in row U, which is right at the very back and right at the very top of the auditorium. As far as it's possible to be from the stage without suddenly not being in the auditorium any more.

Still, should be a good show.

I think I might abandon my plans to stage door, 'cos life's too short.
