Swim, Sarah, swim!

On Saturday July 2nd, Sarah will be taking part in the British Gas Great London Swim. Obviously a way in the future, and no doubt I'll be posting about it some more in the months to come, but this is just a little heads-up to say that anybody who wishes to sponsor her can do so here. She's raising money for Watford Peace Hospice, who looked after her dad in his last few weeks.

And anybody who wishes to come and give her support at the Royal Victoria Dock as she takes the plunge at 10:00am that Saturday is more than welcome.
