Just the one? As admittedly not the most devoted Queen fan in the world - I love their music, but I only own/have heard a small smattering of it, mainly their Greatest Hits (Hits II is a particular favourite album of mine) - I'd probably go for These are the days of our lives, which is such a poignant, beautiful song and still has the power to move me to tears.
But they've written and performed so many wonderful songs - from joyous up-tempo rockers to meditative ballads and everything in between - that it's difficult to pick just one song.
