Re: PIN code. Right. I got stuck on this myself and turned to google for the answer (hilariously I didn't know what mine was but I can still recall both of my Folks' codes).
It's generally the last four numbers of your Sky card number. (I'd go and check to be certain but my Sky+ box is in the process of +ing Outcasts so I don't want to interfere.) Hopefully that helps!
