You know those moments when fandom collectively pulls together and, quite frankly, does something absolutely wonderful?

Such as, following the sad news of Elisabeth Sladen's death last week, one of my friends set up a just giving page in her memory.

Having just got paid, I've just logged on to make my donation, and from an initial target of £150, they're already up to over £5700.

It's amazing, isn't it? Kaz and I are so overwhelmed at people's generosity, it's fabulous. Literally, we never thought we'd get anywhere near that much.
