I'm sorry. I haven't a clue. As in, that's what always makes me laugh, I'm not saying I don't have a clue what makes me laugh. That'd be silly. Also, QI and Mock the week. Have I got news for you when it's on form, but it can be a bit hit and miss nowadays. Bring back Angus.

Quiz-related: I watched yesterday's Pointless as part of my quizzing research, and I thought of you in the final round...

I've never actually seen Pointless (despite liking Alexander Armstrong when he hosts HIGNFY) - what happened in the final round?

The point (har har) of Pointless is like Family Fortunes in reverse: Contestants are given a category, and have to supply an answer given by as *few* of the 100-person focus group as possible. You score according to how many people said it, low scores are obviously better.

Final round, you have three guesses to find a Pointless answer (i.e an answer nobody in the group of 100 gave; in the main game, it would score you zero points). Yesterday's final question was "UK Top 40 Hits of the Pet Shop Boys". And if anyone I know could think of obscure PSB chart hits, it'd be you...

Ha! I'll have to watch that, then. I'd be surprised if many people in the 100 said I get along, Home and dry, or I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more. For starters.
